Benefits of Poly Outdoor Furniture
Our outdoor furniture and accents are made from recycled HDPE (High-Density PolyEthylene). What was once milk jugs is now repurposed as your new Adirondack chair, dining table, or chaise lounge. See what makes this material the best choice for your outdoor living furniture.
How Is Poly Lumber Made?
From Waste to Wow
Recycled milk jugs are taken from waste and are washed, ground up and extruded into little beads and then stored into big silos.
The beads are then run through an extruder where coloring and UV Stabilizer are added.
After the base material has been created it is forced through a shaped die the size of the desired material. It then goes through a cooling water trough. An automatic saw will cut the material into correct lengths usually 12’ or 16’ pieces and stacked onto skids.
Skids of poly lumber are then brought into our shop and cut by a CNC machine and other machinery. Edges are then rounded over.
The poly lumber is assembled into furniture, boxed or skidded up, and is ready to ship to your home by LTL carrier, UPS, FedEx or our own delivery service.
Your furniture is delivered to your location partially or fully assembled, and ready to enjoy for years to come.
