Benefits of Poly Furniture
There is no comparison between poly outdoor furniture and products made from wood or aluminum. The durability, maintainability, and eco-friendly nature of the poly makes it a popular choice for homeowners.
Durable
Poly furniture will not rot, splinter or rust like other materials. Plus, our furniture uses corrosive-resistant fasteners, making them the ideal choice for dockside or salt air locations.
Easy to Maintain
Never worry about sanding and repainting or staining your furniture ever again! The maintenance-free poly material only requires a quick cleaning to get dust off of it.
Environmentally Responsible
Our poly lumber is made with 100% recycled plastics from milk jugs. Each year, poly furniture is saving tons of materials from ending up in the landfill.
20 Year Warranty
At Poly Outdoor Furniture, we stand behind our products, offering a 20 year residential limited warranty and 5 year commercial limited warranty on color, materials, and workmanship. Some items only have a 10 year warranty. This way, you can rest assured you will be enjoying your furniture for years to come.
Our manufacturers also offer warranties on their products, so you’re always covered.
Step
1
Waste
Recycled milk jugs are taken from waste and are washed, ground up and extruded into little beads and then stored into big silos.
2
Beads
The beads are then run through an extruder where coloring and UV Stabilizer are added.
3
Manufacture
After the base material has been created it is forced through a shaped die the size of the desired material. It then goes through a cooling water trough. An automatic saw will cut the material into correct lengths usually 12’ or 16’ pieces and stacked onto skids.
4
Precision Cutting
Skids of poly lumber are then brought into our shop and cut by a CNC machine and other machinery. Edges are then rounded over.
5
Shipping
The poly lumber is assembled into furniture, boxed or skidded up, and is ready to ship to your home by LTL carrier, UPS, FedEx or our own delivery service.
6
Enjoy
Your furniture is delivered to your location partially or fully assembled, and ready to enjoy for years to come.
