Shop Safe

Your info is always kept safe via SSL security. We absolutely do not share your information with any third parties. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, you may mail choose the personal check option during checkout in the shopping cart.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for most products ordered on our website. Free shipping is available in the continental United States only. If the words Free Shipping do not appear in the product's description, regular shipping charges will apply and will be calculated by our shopping cart using current UPS shipping rates. Please call for more information regarding specific shipping charges. All orders are made upon receiving your order. Orders will be shipped within 3 weeks.

Delivery

Allow up to 3 weeks for delivery time (if products are not on back order) by UPS or LTL truck freight. If delivered by LTL you will be notified by phone when it will be delivered. Freight will be delivered to the curbside only. Customer is responsible to have someone there to help unload. Extra charge could be incurred if the delivery driver has to unload by himself.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. We also accept personal checks (please allow up to 2 weeks to clear). Checks can be made payable to: Poly Outdoor Furniture.

Sales Tax

Pennsylvania residents, a 6% sales tax will be added to the subtotal amount of your order. All orders sold and shipped to destinations outside the state of PA are tax-free.

Damaged Items

The staff at Poly Outdoor Furniture takes extra care in packaging your order, but please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, please call us 1(800)280-5932 and refer to your original packing slip. All returns must have prior authorization to be accepted.
